LABOR MEMBERS RESIGN. FRESH EXCITEMENT. By Ocble.—Press Asaotoatfas. — G»|yrigkt Received 25, 111 .40 p.m. Sydney, July 25. Excitement has been caused by two Labor members (Mr. Dunne, of Mudgce, and Mr. Home, of Liverpool Plains) handing in their resignations. They are unable to support the Government's policy. This means that if the Independent Party vote with the Opposition, the Government will suffer defeat.
MR. WADE'S'CENSURE. Received 26, 12.35 a,m. MeHwurne, July 25. Mr. Wade, in moving a motion of censure, generally attacked the Government's land policy. Justifying his. action in moving while McGowen was absent, he said his pair was made with Mr. McGowwi, and this restricted him from voting on divisions during the Premier's absence, but the right to move motions of censure was reserved. Mr. Holmnn, in replying, said everyone who voted for labor at the last election knew the leasehold was the fundamental principle of their policy. They foiurht U> beat the then. Government on that issue and on it decided to stand or fall. Mr. Storey, lender of the Independents, announced that his party would vote against the Government.
