Both, however, are well forward, and promise to be in fop condition on tihe day of the race. Interest is getting keen. ARNSTS COMPLAINT. Received 19, 9.20 p.m. Sydney, July 19. R. Arnst is using a new boat, and declares it to be the best he ever pulled. He complains that disinterested scullers interfere with his training in order to test their powers.
