ARRESTED ON SHIPBOARD

A North Island farmer named Michael Daniel Murphy was arrested on the Drayton Grange at Lyttelton to-day for debt just as the vessel was about to leave for South America and England. The claims were for £BB, commission on the sale of his farm, for which judgment had been obtained, and £6 cash advanced.
