CLOSER RELATIONS DESIRED. By Cable.—Press Association.--Copyright London, July 12. The Standard says that the Labor Party conferred with Mr. Fisher as to the advisability of closer relations between the respective labor parties of the Empire by means of the interchange of communications, visits, and conferences at regular intervals in the Motherland and each oversea dominion in turn.
