SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—'Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the weather summary and forecast:—The barometer pressure has continued low, but with a little movement. Generally cold and changeable ■weather has been experienced, with rain, in many parts of the North Island especially. Moderate to strong southerly winds, backing to westerly, have prevailed. Present indications are for moderate to strong westerly winds and cold unsettled weather. Rain is probable in many parte, and a further fall in the barometer.
