TROUBLE IN MOROCCO.
GERMANY'S POSITION. By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright, London, July 10. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Times states that Germany, replying to Russian queries, contends that Sus is outside the French sphere as defined by the Algeciras agreement, and that Germany a-lone is entitled to safeguard German interests. The warship would leave when the trouble disappeared.
"NO CAUSE FOR DISQUIETUDE." Berlin, July 10. M. C'ambon, French Ambassador, conferred with Herr von Kiderlen \Yapoliter, German Foreign Minister, and afterwards semi-officially announced that there was no cause for disquietude; rather both. sides were sincere in the desire to come to an understanding regarding their differences. Paris, July 10. A similar conference between M. Deselves, French Foreign Minister, and Baron de Schoen, German Ambassador, took place in Paris.
GERMAN OFFICERS LAND. NATIVES PLEASED. Received 1 13, 12.25 a.m. Tangier, July 11. The cruiser Berlin's officers landed at Agadir, and were well received by the natives. The chief of the Sus tribe visisted the warship.
