Mr. Fisher has visited the coalfields, including Tony-pawh', where the Welsh strike is in progress.
Sir Joseph and Lady Ward entertained 600 guests at an "At Home" at the Hotel Cecil. The guests included Lords Alverstone. Kuutsford, Kinnaird, MacNaughten and Batburst, the Lord Mayor of London, Mr. Lewis Harcourt, Messrs. Hentv, Primrose, Molteno, the Agents-General, and many New Zealanders.
Sir Joseph and Lard 1 Ward and Mrs. and Miss Seddon visited Bourneville and inspected' Cadbury's works and the model village.
Sir Joseph Ward expressed himself gratified with the conditions of the workmen and the educational facilities provided. Sir Joseph, and Lady WaTd also visited Stratford' and Warwick. MR. FISHER IN WALES. Received 12, 12.20 a.m. London, July 11. Mr. Fisher, Commonwealth Primp Minister, replying to the Mayor's v Vome at Cardiff, before an immense ei lof miners, said there was plenty o for miners in the Commonwealth. He concluded his speech by wishing the Ton-v-Pandy miners success in their fight.
