LINCOLN ROAD. (Prom Our Own Correspondent.) I A concert and dance was held' in the schoolroom 011 Friday night. The. weather was fine, the building was filled, and a social and financial success was the result. Tho following contributed items: Pianoforte duet, Mrs. P. Hoby and Miss Glassford; song (in character). Master Duncan and Miss Mary Glassford; song, Mrs. Richardson; song, Mrs. Glassford; pianoforte duet, Master Charlie and Miss Amy Hall; .vical duet, Mr. and Mrs. P. Hoby; song, Miss Ivy Miles; pianoforte duet, Mrs. Hoby and Miss Nancy I'eates; song, Mr. Meston; pianoforte duet, Mrs. Hoby and Master Jack Yeates; song, Mr. L. Hen wood; recitation. Miss Doreeii' Swanston; recitation, Mis? Irene Pnulger; song, Mr. P. Hoby; song. Air. I. Henry; recitation, Miss Mary Glassford. The concert was 'much enjoyed, the childTen's items being especially good, due to the coaching of. Mrs. Iloby and Miss Meston. The contractors have made a start with the erection of the new creamery. Mr. A. Nisbet is selling out. Mis miinjfriends will miss him.
