NEWLY-ARRIVED INSTRUCTORS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The non-commissioned officers who recently arrived from England have been posted as follows: Corp. of Horse F. H. Norris, Royal Horse Guards, assistant to brigade sergeant-major, instructor to Canterbury Yeomanry Cavalry; Sergeant V." C. S. Beer, 2nd Dragoon Hoards, sergeant-major, instructor of the 3rd (Auckland) Mounted Rifles; Sergeant C. L. Nieliolls, sth Lanceis, sergeant-major, instructor to fith (MaJiawatu) Mounted Rifles: Sergeant S. Wood, 3rd Dragoon Guards, sergeantmajor, instructor to atli Mounted Rifles (Otago Hussars); Sergeant J. E. Paiitr.idge, 3rd Battalion Worcester Regiment, posted to Auckland district as sergeantmajor and instructor; Sergeant .T. Shortiil, 4th Battalion Leicester Regiment, posted to Otago district as ser-geant-major and instructor. Staff Ser-geant-Major Instructor Salt has been transferred from the Canterbury Yeomanry Cavalry to the Nelson Mounted Rifles', and Staff Sergeant-Major C. G. Davis from the Auckland Mounted R.iflcs to the North Auckland Mounted Rifles, Wihangarei. Lieutenant Rassnm, of the headquarters staff, bas been promoted to captain.
