BIGGER CONSTITUENCIES. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Paris, July 7. Contrary to M. Caillaux'6 request, the Chamber resolved not to defer consideration of electoral reform until October. It decided that each Department should form a constituency, but when the Deputies exceeded seven the Departmnt should be divided into two constituencies.
