NAP|ER SESSIONS. • By Telegraph—Press Association, Napier, Last Night. In the Supreme Court to-day an old man named Roliert Gunning Bell was retried on a charge of catnally knowing a girl under the ajge of sixteen years at Matamau. The jury at the previous hearing having failed to agree, a verdict of not guilty was returned, and the • prisoner was discharged.
