The Crown withdrew the original smuggling charges against the captains of the Dutch schooners Fortuna and { Harriet. As an honorary Magistrate j was on the bench the Court had no jurisI diction. There are fresh indictments on five charges, including that of smuggling. The evidence is proceeding.
