NAPIER SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Wednesday. In the Supreme Court, at the second trial of F. 0. Skelton in connection with a charge of the theft of a bicycle, the jury again failed to agree, and .the Crown Prosecutor asked for a stay of proceedings, prisoner being discharged. The court to-day was engaged in hearing a claim iby 11. S.. Joll against G. Ebbctt. solicitor, for £3OOO damages for alleged negligence in connection with a sale of property. Napier, Last Night. In the Supreme Court action .Toll v. Ebbett, solicitor, Hastings, a claim for £3OOO damages for negligence, the hearing was not concluded when the court rose till 10 a.m. to-morrow.
