ENTERTAINMENTS
THE ROYAL PICTURES. Last night the Royal Pictures and orchestra submitted their initial programme for the last time. No pictures will be screened to-night, but to-morrow (Thursday) a fine programme will be shown for this one night only. Many star attractions are on the list advertised, including a beautiful colored film by Pa the Freres of "The Cocoanut Xiklco," "The Island of St. Kilda," "The Cocoanut Industry," "Caricatures," "Outwitted," "Pathe's London Gazette, No. 110," '"The Ranchman's Pride," "How Rastus got his turkey," "The Mystery of Lonely Gulcli." "Betrayed bv a Perfume," "The Story of his .battles," etc. This programme is said to contain some of the finest seenic, industrial, and topical pictures ever screened. The balance of the programme is made up of some fine dramatic and comic subjects. On Saturday another change of programme will be made. A matinee will also been announced for Saturday afternoon, when special prices will prevail.
