One hundred and fifty vessels are idle at Hull. Thousands arc parading the streets and holding meetings to-day and collecting for the relief fund. Some Hull boats have been diverted to the Tyne to unload. The Koyston Grange, with a partly delivered cargo of frozen meat, arrived at Newcastle from the Thames with a non-union crew, but the dockers refused to unload her. The corn market at Newcastle was almost blocked with foreign wheat, which was held at an advance of from threepence to sixpence. English wheat rose a shilling. Flour is scarce, and getting dearer.
