NAPIER DIVORCE OOUItT. By Telegraph—Press Association. , Napier, Saturday. Mr. Justice Chapman to-day granted decrees nisi in the following divorce suits: Kaii Ilarkjar Bimler v. Elsie urace Bimler, on the ground of desertion; and Benjamin Tatham v. Ada Tat- *' ham and John Alexander Slater, on the ground of adultery. Tn the case Edith Marian Bruce v. David Bruce, the decree was made absolute.
