COMMONWEALTH DESTROYERS
MEN REFUSE TO SIGN ON. By Cable —Press Association. —Copyright Received 30, 12.25 a.m. Melbourne, June 29. Thirty men have left the Commonwealth destroyers-, refusing to sign on under the new agreement, which they consider is meant to .drive them out of the service. They also object to Imperial pensioners, who they claim are not so well qualified as themselves, being put over them.
