The question of school buildings used for purposes of ainusementj being insured was considered recently by the Buildings Committee of the Education Board, and the committee at to-day's meeting recommended the Board to require committees to insure against fire whet senools are used for purposes of amusement and entertainment, such as pioturt 6hows, dances, sales of work, and also concerts other than those promoted by the committees for school purposes. A draft of ti circular to PommUtees. dealing with the matter, was read and approved. The board adopted the report.
