CANADIAN MINISTER'S REBUKE London, June 9. Writing to the Morning Post, Mr. \V. S. Fielding, Canadian Minister of Finance, deplores the disposition in certain quarters to drag Canadian affairs into party politics. Leading public men, he declares, acting upon insufficient information, assail the responsible governing party in Canada, and such tactics, he says, can hardly tend to promote that mutual confidence which is so essential to Imperial unity.
