TIIE SHEFFIELD CHOIR. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 22, 12.10 a.m. Sydney, Juno 21. The Wimniera sailed at 7 o'clock. The Sheffield Choir are passengers. Before leaving, the choir gave an open-air con* cert in front of the Post Office, and rendered many choral numbers, including the "Hallelujah Chorus" (Handel). There was an enormous crowd, estimated at fifteen thousand, and every vantage point was packed with listeners. At the conclusion ail joined in singing Save the King" and "Auld Lang Syne. It was a scene, for the music was taken up by the people in the surrounding streets, and the heart of the city reverberated with the music from thousands of throats. The choir held its final concert at tho Adelphi this afternoon, in tho presence of an enormous and enthusiastic crowd.
