Friendly and other Societies, Trades, etc. General Public. .0.45 n.m.—Procession proceeds to Recreation Grounds, via Devon and Liardet streets, 10.15 a.m.—Military manoeuvres. 11 a.m. —Unfurling of flag, speeches by His Worship the Mayor and others. 11.30 a.m.—Religious services by combined cinirehes. 3 p.m.—Laying, foundation stone of Memorial Hall, St. Germaine Square.
