Each body is expected to be formed up at this hour as a separate unit ready to take up its proper position in the procession, as under: Garrison Band. Veterans. Territorials, Cadets. Fire Brigades. Post and Telegraph Messengers. Ministers of Churches. Mayor and Council. Members of Parliament. Members of Local Bodies. Friendly and other Societies, Trades, etc. General Public. .0.45 n.m.—Procession proceeds to Recreation Grounds, via Devon and Liardet streets, 10.15 a.m.—Military manoeuvres. 11 a.m. —Unfurling of flag, speeches by His Worship the Mayor and others. 11.30 a.m.—Religious services by combined cinirehes. 3 p.m.—Laying, foundation stone of Memorial Hall, St. Germaine Square.
