DECLARATION OF LONDON.
CONFERENCE OF ADMIRALS. By cable.—Press Association,—Cepyrlght London, June 18. A private conference of admirals, Lord Charles Beresford presiding, unanimously condemned the Declaration of London. Lord Charles Beresford, in a message convening the meeting, said the danger that was staring Britain in the face was not invasion but starvation.
