Received 20, 0.20 p.m. Sydney, June 20. The Lieutenant-Governor lias ordered the re-opening of the Marine Court of Inquiry to ascertain if there had been a miscarriage of justice in depriving the captain of the "New Guinea" of his ticket for six months. This is the first re-opening of a marine case on record.
