GROWTH OF MANUFACTURERS. By cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Sydney, June 10. Manufacturers in New South Wales at the end of 1910 totalled 4848, an increase of H 7 during the year. Persons employed rumbercd nearly 100,000, an increase of 8000. Salaries paid amounted to £8,086,000, or £1,020,000 above the previous year. The value of plant and machinery was £11,54-2,000, an increase of £1,211,000. Land and building; were valued at £7,252,000, an increase of £027,000.
