I* SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast: — The barometer has risen everywhere, with cold and changeable weather, moderate southerly winds predoimnatin'g. Present indications are for variable winds, but moderate to strong easterly and northerly winds, increasing aft-ejr after about sixteen hours. The weather will probably continue cool.and. changeable, but a somewhat milder temperature is to be expected after thirtysix hours, when the barometer pressure .is likely to be lower.
