Amendment Act, 1910," and Section 41 "Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909," General and Hospital Rates within each of the Ridings of the County of Tnr.in.iki as particularised hereunder: MOA RIDING.—A General Rate of three-farthings in the pound, and n Hospital Rate of one-twelfth of n penny in the pound. WAITARA RIDING.-—A General Rate of three-farthings in the pound over the areas of Waitara West nnd Henui Road Districts;. A General Rate of six farthings in the pound over the outlying district (recently tinder the jurisdiction of the Egmont Road Board), and a Hospital Rate of one-twelfth of a penny in the pound over the whole of the Riding. OMATA RIDING.—A General Rate of five fartfiinfiß in the pound, and b Hospital Rate of one-twelfth of a penny in the pound.
