MARRA'S DEATH. By Cable—Press Association—Gnpvripht Rome, June 0. Marra, disregarding the warnings of his wife and friends, insisted on undertaking a flight. He had seemingly conquered the strong winds and covered two miles, when the aeroplane overturned, the petrol tank exploded, and the aeroplane caught fire. Marra was burnt and crushed by the wreckage. GERMAN AVL4TOR KILLED. Received 11, 5.5 p.m. Berlin, June 10. Aviator Schendel, with a passenarer named Voss, ascended at JohanncstHal 6600 feet. He began \o volplane when the aeroplane tilted and dropped from a height of 3000 feet. Both were terribly mangled. JAPANESE OFFICERS KILLED. Received 11, 5.5 p.m. Tokio, June 10. Captain Fokusowa and Lieutenant Ito, while «eroplaning, fell fromi a great height and were killed.
