PROPERTY EXCHANGE CASE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. . Palmerston N., Last Night. A complicated property exchange case was heard at the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Chapman and a special jury of twelve. Charles Dahl claimed from William Thompson the specifio performance of a contract and £730 58 damages. Mr. E. fl. Jellicoe, with him Mr. W. L. Fitzherbcrt, appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. C. A. Loughnan and P. E. Baldwin defended. The verdirt was given for defendant with costs, on the ground tliftt the' title was not in order On the day set .down for the com* pletion of the deal. "'« '
