THE MOKAU ESTATE.
FIRST BLOCK TO BE THROWN OPEN IN JULY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmers-ton N., Last Night. The directors of the Mokau Coal and Estate Company at a meeting to-night determined, in order to ensure prompt settlement of the first block on its estate, to have 10,000 acres subdivided and ■thrown open for sale at the end of July, requiring only ten per cent, of the purchase money.
