The agricultural statistics show that the total wheat yield of the State was 28,004,847 bushels, an average of 13.! bushels per acre. The shortage of lambs accounts for the decrease in sheep, older sheep showing an increase of over 131,000. The number of horses in New South Wales at the. end of the past year was 650,504, an increase of 45,027. Cattle numbered 3,132,228, an increase of 104,500. The sheep were 45,825,300 a decrease of 377,270. There were 321,544 pigs, (in increase of 83,005.
