MARTIAL LAW PROCLAIMED. By Cable—Press AssociationM3opyright. Paris, June 6. / The Government's decision in the champagne trouble has caused rioting at Bar-sur-Aube. The -vine-dressers marched, to the town hall, sweeping aside the gendarmes, and dragoons. Bar is in a state of siege, ani martial law has been proclaimed. There have been many arrests. Troops have dispersed the rioters, but the excitement in the district continues.
