Ail horses must be registered with the N.Z. Trotting Association. 4. Nominations must be accompanied by necessary fees, otherwise they will be rejected; also age, sex, color of horse apd colors to be worn by rider.

r 5. Nominations must contain last three performances (winning or losing). The omission of compliance with this condition Tenders the nomination invalid. (See Rules). 6. All disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Judicial Committee. (See Rule 84). 7. Riders and drivers must weigh out in full jockeys' colors and breeches. 8. Protests must be accompanied by a deposit of £5, and must be in the hands of the secretary within ten minutes of the decision of the race. The deposit is forfeited to the Trotting Association should the objection be dismissed. 9. Riders and drivers must present at scnle current season's licenses. 10. All horses must be ridden or driven out to the satisfaction of the patrol stewards. NOTE.—Nominations for all events will close on FRIDAY, June 2, 1911, at 8 p.m., at the Secretary's office, Regentstreet, Hawera. Handicaps will appear on or about Friday, June 9.
