L. A. NOLAN AND CO.'S REPORT. Messrs. L. A. Nolan and Co.'s report for the week ending May 31st, is as fallows:— Poultry.—Owing to the inclemency 01 the weather we did not have as large an entry as usual. All birds offered met with good competition. We quote: Hens, poor, Is 3d to Is Od; good (fat), Is !)d to 2s; pullets (ordinary), 2s; cockerels, Is Cd to 2s 3d; roosters, la 7d; ducks, 2s to 2s Id. Fruit. —During the week consignments of oranges and bananas have come to kand in good order and sold well. Prices realised were as follows: Bananas, Fiji (green), 9s fid to 103; oranges, lis to 12s !)d; apples, stunners (bushels), 10s 6d; tomatoes, 2s 3d to 4s; cabbage, 2s 4d per doz; parsnips, is 5d per small bag; carrots, 2d per bundle.
