LOOTING RAMPANT. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Mexico City, May 29. Many Federal officers have been killed and others imprisoned. Looting is rampant in Durango and Southern Chihuahua by the insurgents, who have not heard of the peace proposals. THE PLOT TO KILL MADERO. Received 31, 12.5 a.m. Mexico City, May 30. It is reported from El Paso that Dc Villiers, a Boer, charged with complicity in the anti-Madero conspiracy, has been offered his freedom on condition that he reveals the names of the Mexicans implicated in the plot to kill Madero. The latter is en route to the capital.
