SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast:— Cloudy and misty weather has prevailed, with rain in most parts of the country. The winds have moderated to-day, hut were very changeable and squally 'in the south on Monday evening. Moderate to strong northerly winds now prevail. The "barometer TOse in the night, but has fallen slightly to-day. Present indications are . for moderate to strong northerly and westerly winds, with cloudy and changeable weather, misty and showery in parts. The barometer will probably fall everywhere for a short time, but a rise is due in the south to-morrow night.
