NORTHERN UNION GAME. TEAM FOR AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The following Northern Union football team has been chosen by the officials of the New Zealand League to tour Australia:—Backs: E. Asher, S. Keane, F. Morse,(i.Gillett (Auckland), R. Sprague (Lower Waikato), F. Woodward (Rotorua), G. Smith (Hawke's Bay), Siddells (Wellington). Forwards: C. Dunning, A.H. Francis, C. Savoury, S. McDonald, I J. Kukutai, 6. Seager, A. Stannaway (Auckland), Cotterell (Hawke's Bay), Feary, Mason (Nelson), Hughes, Milne (Southland). Messrs. E. W. Watts and A. J. Powley were elected joint managers of the team. It is probable that some of the above players will be included in the AVistralian team which leaves Australia at an early date for England.
