The weather summary and forecast are as follows:—The weather has been fine everywhere except about East Cape, -where showers have fallen to-day. The barometer has risen very high everywhere, and moderate easterly and north- . erly winds prevail. The night waß very cold, and the morning misty in parts. • Present indications are for fait and hazy weather generally,with moderate to •strong easterly and northerly winds prevailing. The barometer shows a tendency to fall slowly everywhere.
