THE IRISH DELEGATES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. The Irish envoys, Messrs Donovan and Redmond, addressed a very large meeting this evening and had a sympathetic hearing. A resolution in favor of Home Rule was carried, and £35 12s 4d was collected, bringing the funds in hand to £202. (BREACHES OF LICENSING ACT. Masterton, Last Night. Tn the Magistrate's Court to-day, three persons were fined for breaches of the Licensing Act. Two other charges were dismissed. Both of the latter were for supplying liquor in a no-license district without giving sufficient address. One of those fined was a local business firm which stored liquor on the premises for a few days before dcliver.y.
