Received 19, 5.5 p.m. London, May 19. New Zealand has an attractive pavillion at the White City. BOY SCOUTS AND BADEN -POWELL Received 10, 11 p.m. London, May 19. Mr. McCall, Agent-General for Tasmania, at a reception to Sir N. E. Lewis, Premier, handed Lientenant-General Sir F. Baden-Powell a presentation subscribed by the Boy Scouts, and recalled that this was Mafeking Day. Sir F. BadenPowell thanked the bovs for the gifts and accepted the invitation to visit Tasmania. '
