IMPERIAL CONFERENCE'S REPORT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 18, 12.5 a.m. London, May 17. The Imperial Education Conference's report unanimously favors mutual recognition of teachers' certificates in connection with the Board of Education's examinations in science and art in the colonies. Australia is represented on the committee of eight set up to consider machinery for carrying the resolutions of the Conference into effect.
