VICTORIA PEACE MEMORIAL
THE PROGRAMME. By eable.—Press Association.—Copyrisht Received l(i, 11 ]>. m. London, May 16. The unveiling of the Victoria peace memorial will take place at mid-day. The Royalties will walk from the Palace attended by a detachment of the Yeomen of the Guard, to their Majesties' dais, which is located in front of the statue of Victoria, the ambassadors, Cabinet Ministers and others surrounding. Lord Esher reads the address on behalf of the executive committee of the memorial. The King replies. The Primate and Bishop of London perform the dedication service. The choirs from King George's Windsor Chapel Royal, Westminster Abbey and St. Paul's Cathedral, under Sir Walter Parratt (the late Queen Victoria's private organist) will sing the hymn, "Oh, God, our help in ages past." The King unveils the statue of Queen Victoria by the pressure of a button, vertically releasing the covering. A Royal salute will be fired. At St. -Tames' Park, the massed bands will play the National Anthem and troops will march past the Royalties, who will return to the Palace.
