PORTUGUESE ROYALTIES
STATE ADVANCES TO BE REPAID.

A Commission finds that a State advance was made to the late King Carlos of £720,000. When the loans to other members of the Royal family are known, the provisional Government will repay themselves by instalments from ex-King Manuel's property in Portugal.
