THE FALL OF JUAREZ. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Mexico City, May 10. The rebels have won the battle at Juarez. Reinforcements are arriving, and retreating Federal troops may be caught by the insurrectors, who are marching to assist Madero. Estimates of the number of killed and wounded are rising. Fifty-six Federals were killed at Satillo. • THE SURRENDER OF JUAREZ. MADERO READY FOR PEACE. Received 12, 12.25 a.m. Mexico City, May 11. The town of Juarez has formally surrendered, and Navarro, the Federal General, was made ii captive. Madero, the revolutionary leader, is ready to treat for peace on terms as previously offered.
The casualties on both sides do not exceed a hundred, and two hundred are wounded.
The rebels captured much ammunition and several machine guns.
