At the 1907 election, Leielihardt electors voted reduction. At last election they reversed that decision. and voted for continuance. The point at issue is whether the last nullified the previous vote, giving the hotels voted out in 1907 the right tp keep open. The ca»e is a test one, and altogether 172 liotels are afWcted, representing property valued at near £IOO,OOO.
