VARIOUS COUNTIES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. From a further batch of census totals forwarded to the Minister qf Internal Affairs (Hon. D. Buddo), the followingcounty results are extracted:— Rotorua (Mil) 3020, (1900) 2057; increase 009. Patangata, 1935—1843—92. Pohangina, 1799—1707—2. Maurieeville County, with a' population of 1089 in 1900, is returned at the latest census as 950, a decrease of 139. The population of Gisborne is ascertained to be 8198, as compared with 5604 at the previous census, an increase of 2534.
