RELIGIOUS ORDERS IN SPAIN. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 11, 12.6 a.m. Madrid, May 10. The Government has introduced a Bill subjecting religious associations to common law, compelling them to register themsalves and to keep accounts snbjcct to the authorities' audit. The possession of real property is personally restricted to their own requirements. The Bill exempts the St. Vincent dc Paul, Franciscan and other associations privileged under the Concordat.
