PLAYFULLY BURNED AT THE STAKE By cable. —Press Association.—Copyright Ottawa, May S. A boy eight years of age was fatally burned at Victoria, British Columbia. He was playing Indians with comrades, who wrapped paper round him. setting his on fire in carrying out the idea of torture.
