Messrs. E. Griffith & C'o. arc in recciot of the following market report from'their London principals, Messrs. Mills & Spirrow, dated March 24-th: , . Changeable weather has prevailed during the past week, some days being quite slinn'y and warm, and others cold with strong north-oasterlv .wind.?, Butler. Danish.—Arrivals this week were rather larger than last, but they luive cleared fairly well. Siberian—There is a good demand for fresh made butter, the quality of jvnieli is very fine. Stored parcels are, liowerer, neglected. Australian—Arrivals this week consist of 23,000 per s.s. Ophir, 12,000 per s.s. Perthshire, and 22,000 per s.s. Tropic, and although this is a fair quality, the proportion of really finest goods is small. The position,.therefore, on the best quality is unchanged, but seconds are still a very dragging sale; we therefore anticipate rather better prcies on choicest grades during the next fpw weeksj New Zealand.—The s.s. Tonic has cleared up very well, and with the market quite firm on best goods, we anticipate the butters per s.s. Tilrakina, which is expected to dock to-morrow, will, meet with a good demand. The quality of the s.s. lonic butter, with the exception of one or two lots, was very good and has given satisfaction. There is a good inquiry for the s.s. Turakina, but up to the time of writing agents are firm and decline to name a price to arrive. As the butter, in-the ordinary course of events, will not he landed until quite the middle of next week, we are of opinion this is the best course to pursue, as it will all be wanted as soon as ready. Cheese.

Canadian. —The markot is firm, but the higher prices have somewhat checked the demand. Xew Zealand.—There lias been a steady trade at slightly higher prices. We are pleased to say that the quality continues to give satisfaction. The arrivals are clearing well, and the consumption, generally speaking, is pretty good. White and colored are now making about equal prices. Frozen pork.-—Steady and clearing as landed.
