DEATH BY MISADVENTURE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night The police received an intimation this afternoon that Elizabeth McGinnity, a widow, aged (10. years, residing at Karori, took poison in mistake for cough mixture and died before a doctor arrived.
