The House of Representatives has ordered an investigation with a view to determining whether there have been any violations of the Anti-Trust Law by the United States Steel, American Refining, American- Woollen and other corporations. The Democrats hope to establish whether a wool trust exists in the United States. It has been decided to re-open the case of Senator Lorrimer, who was accused of bribing members of the State Legislature which returned him. The charge was investigated by a committee of Senate and declared to be groundless.
